How can I include Solafrica in my will?

When writing your will, you decide what you would like to bequeath to Solafrica within the free quota and after taking into account the compulsory shares. You have the option of listing our association as a legatee (with a certain amount or percentage of your assets) or as an heir (co-heir or sole heir). Writing a will does not mean saying goodbye to life, but rather ensuring at an early stage that your last wishes are implemented correctly.

With an inheritance, you bequeath part of your estate to Solafrica and appoint us as co-heir. As part of the free quota, you specify what percentage of your estate you wish to leave to us. A legacy is a fixed amount (in francs or %) or an object that is to go to Solafrica without us being heirs.
For non-profit organisations like Solafrica, inheritances and legacies are important because they enable the long-term development of the organisation. We guarantee the careful use of your legacy.
Transparency, openness and care are our promise to you. The ZEWO seal of approval confirms that your legacy has been used carefully and for the intended purpose.
